Anchored by sandy neutrals with accents of seafoam and marine blue, the comfortable living space invites you to settle in together for quality time, whether sharing your favorite childhood movies with the next generation or playing one of the classic board games that are provided. Sink into the sofa and prop your feet up on the ottoman or snuggle into the armchair with a good book.

The small yet sturdy bar-height dining table is set for four, with end leaves that can extend for more room, with two additional barstools available at the nearby breakfast counter.

The kitchen opens directly to the living space so the family chef doesn't have to feel shut away from the action while preparing meals, and is equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay, including updated stainless-steel appliances, cooking and serving utensils, tons of counterspace and plenty of lighting.

The laundry closet is located just off the kitchen for ease-of-use and offers a stackable washer and dryer, so there's no need to haul wet swimsuits and beach towels back home with you when vacation ends.

Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen TV for personal entertainment. The master suite provides direct access to the covered porch, as well as a large attached private bathroom. A double vanity, step-in shower stall and separate sunken bathtub ideal for soaking adventure-weary muscles make getting ready a breeze. The remaining two bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share a full bathroom with a standard tub/shower condo and hall access.

Outside, the covered porch offers glimpses of the ocean and pier house. Stretch out on the polywood lounge chair to soak in the warmth of the sun or enjoy cocktails at the bistro table and its three captain's chairs while the sunset paints the sky.

When you're ready to hit the sand, beach access is convenient, easy and just across the street, where you'll find a dedicated complex walkway along with a beachside gazebo. Other community features include a seasonal pool and hot tub located in a secluded and beautifully landscaped oasis in the inner courtyard as well as a picnic area.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowners association's recommendation.
