Clad in eye-catching blue siding and white trim, this gorgeous home completed construction in fall of 2025 and features upscale finishes and in-demand amenities including an elevator and private pool. You can even bring Fido along, as this home welcomes one dog per stay. Located on a quiet neighborhood street in the Yaupon Beach section of Oak Island, you can easily walk to restaurants, nightlife and even the beach!

The calming interior is decorated in earthy neutrals and cool grays that harmonize with the tree-filled views throughout the property. The open concept living area invites your crew to gather and socialize, whether you settle on the pair of couches and armchairs in front of the large, wall-mounted smart TV to stream a favorite show or perch on the barstools surrounding the kitchen island as the family chef prepares the catch of the day for dinner.

Featuring stainless steel appliances and a gas range, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals during your stay. For those who aren’t able to leave work behind even when on vacation, a console desk tucked into the living room provides a space to set up without being shut away. A half bath is also located on this floor for convenience.

A set of double French doors leads to the covered back porch, overlooking the pool and backyard. A sturdy outdoor dining table seats six so you can enjoy a meal in the island breeze, while dual ceiling fans provide an assist on days where a bit more wind power is needed. After dinner, gather on the padded chairs for conversation or stretch out on the lounge chairs and watch the sunset paint the sky above.

Tucked behind the kitchen is the first floor master suite. Furnished with a king bed, this room offers an ensuite bath with double sinks and a step-in tile shower, along with direct access to the covered front porch. All four bedrooms in the home provide their own wall-mounted smart TV for personal entertainment.

After climbing the sun-drenched staircase to the second floor (or riding the elevator), you’ll find the second master suite with a king bed at the top of the hallway. The ensuite bath is equipped with a large, roll in shower and an enormous walk-in closet. But the real gem is direct access to the private second floor covered back porch. Perched among the treetops, there’s no better spot to enjoy your cup of morning coffee on the pair of padded chairs or even to stretch out for an afternoon nap on one of the two loungers. This porch also features a pair of ceiling fans for comfort.

Around the corner, you’ll find a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer available for your use. Down the hall, the final two bedrooms share access to a full bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo. The north side bedroom provides a queen bed, while the south bedroom offers two twin beds and another expansive walk-in closet.

Below the home, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water offers a space to rinse off after hitting the beach or before jumping in the pool – The rainfall shower head and separate handheld sprayer make getting the sand off an easy task! Fenced for privacy, the backyard pool area is sure to cause a splash with your crew. Float quietly as you let your troubles drift away or let the kids wear out their extra energy before bedtime.

When you’re ready to set out for adventure and explore the area during your trip, you’ll appreciate this home’s convenient location. Walk to popular restaurants including Swain’s Seafood and Cut, enjoy a local brew and live music at The Grape and Ale or head out for karaoke and pool at Second Wind. Drive two minutes down the road to the closest beach access, where you’ll find plenty of parking thanks to one of the few larger parking lots on the island, or walk instead and reach the sand in as little as 10 minutes.
