Perfect for one to two couples, or a small family, this end-unit/top-floor condo offers spectacular views of the ocean, pier, beach cottages and sunsets. Some 2023 updates include new cabinetry and appliances, granite countertops and completely remodeled bathrooms with tile surrounds. Decorated in soothing pastels with plenty of comfortable living room and dining room furniture, you’re sure to enjoy being inside almost as much as outside where the view truly is to live for.
 
Provided by the owner and exclusive to this rental is a starter supply of amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, k-cups, creamer, and kitchen and laundry detergents. Additionally, beds are made and ready for guests on arrival.
 
Other highlights include the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed and nearby bathroom. There are Roku Smart Televisions in the living area and in both bedrooms (your own streaming services are available,) high-speed fiber optic internet and a full-size washer and dryer. A well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, toaster, slow cooker, hand mixer, Green Pan cookware along with abundant serving and storage containers.
 
Beach toys can be left downstairs as a key to ground-level locked storage is provided to guests. The Oak Island Beach Villas community offers outdoor showers at each building, wooden walkways to the beach, a seasonal pool with sundeck and covered picnic area with grills. Walk or bike to the nearby pier, restaurants and golf course. The location is convenient to grocery and other shopping areas.
 
Please also be sure to note the following: Guest pets are not permitted, though those with allergies should know the owners of this Villa sometimes stay here with their Boston Terrier. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on porches or balconies. Oak Island Beach Villas are not equipped with elevators, though guests report the ocean views from this unit are outstanding and worth every step!

The OIBV pool is open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowners association's recommendation.

The condo has been remodeled beautifully. The beds and sofas were super comfy. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay including shampoo, body wash, fluffy towels and soft throws. The outside deck and view were spectacular! Oak Island Accommodations made everything easy from reservation to checkout. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

As always, we have enjoyed our stay at "A View to Live For". What a perfect name for this amazing condo! We love the updated decor and all of the amenities provided by s and k. We also love the close proximity to the beach, bakery, Sweet Treats, and several restaurants. The sunsets that we can "view" from the back porch have been especially gorgeous this fall. It seems that no matter how long we stay, we are never ready to leave. We are already looking forward to our next vacation here next year. We love this condo and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

We loved our stay here! It was so cozy and beautiful coming back from our long days at the beach with our 2 year old. You guys have done an amazing job with this condo and we hope to stay again! The views were incredible and we loved the sunsets on the balcony, so breathtaking! We love Oak Island and the stay here was definitely a 10/10. thank you for the memories with our little one.

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy A View to Live For. You have created a sweet place to relax and enjoy! We mostly enjoyed sitting on the beach and on the deck. The first few days we were given a wildlife show with a redtail hawk eyeing the brambles below and a small mocking bird ineffectually trying to chase him away. The sunsets from the deck are quite spectacular. This was out first trip to Oak Island but definitely not our last.

We have vacationed on Oak Island for several years and always stay at Oak Island Villa 1503 A View to Live For. The location is perfect as it is practically on the beach. Gorgeous sunsets are viewed from the balcony. Most of our favorite restaurants and places to shop are just a short drive away either on the Island or in nearby Southport. This condo has recently been updated and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the new appliances are a dream to use. The owners have spent a lot of time trying to make their place comfortable and welcoming for their guests. This has become like a second home to us and we love it!
