Just a few more yards up the road you will find the public boat ramp where you can launch your boat for the day and leave your trailer for safekeeping while out on the water. Keep heading up Fish Factory Road to Bill Smith Park where you will find a public kayak launch, dog park and soccer fields. Want to sneak in a round of golf? Head to the Oak Island Par Three Course just one minute up the road. After a fun-filled day, you can use the community picnic tables for an outdoor dinner located between the property and Rusty Hooks along the wall of the marina.

Situated just off the Intracoastal Waterway, Marina 1 is just a seven-minute drive across the G.V. Barbee Bridge to the soft sand Oak Island has to offer and 12 minutes to local shops and restaurants in downtown Southport.

This house is perfect! So well layed out and the most convenient location ever. The restaurant Rusty Hooks is a 3 minute walk and was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again
