The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. It is not a huge place, but it is very well laid out and feels larger than it is. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. and has excellent appliances.
