Towering above Oak Island's south-facing beach and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this newly constructed, luxurious home is the epitome of a perfect beach getaway. Rest easy knowing that this home provides you with everything you need from a wine fridge to a beautiful pool. Enjoy every second in this abode as you stick your toes in the sand while listening to the music of the sea.

As you enter this home from the elevator, you’ll notice the breathtaking décor that is on the first floor. This level offers a pool, two king bedrooms and another bedroom that has a queen with a single-over-single bunkbed. One King bedroom has a private attached bath and t other has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. While venturing throughout the home, you’ll notice the beautifully designed common area. Equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, this area takes you straight to the private pool provided for you. This area also consists of a couch and mounted television for your favorite shows. Enjoy moments here with family and friends as you laugh and make memories.

Skip the elevator and head up the stairs to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, each with a king bed and attached bathroom, the laundry room, as well as the second common area. This particular common area is supplied with a television and a mini refrigerator. Congregate in this room and relax knowing all your essentials are right by your side.

Traveling to the third floor sits the spacious kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The kitchen has enough space for you and your crew to show off your chef skills. Enjoy a fun meal at the dining table, while planning your next adventure. The living room is equipped with seating for everyone.

There is no shortage of fun at Waves of Joy! Sit in the gazebo and watch the waves crash. Unwind in the private pool for a relaxing evening. Lounge on the deck as you sip your favorite cocktail watching the sunset. Whatever adventure you’re seeking, you’re sure to find it here.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.

Lots of room for everyone! We loved the refrigerator right by the door to the beach. The decks were wonderful and the pool was especially fun for the littlest kids who didn't like the big waves. The kitchen was nicer than my kitchen at home and included top of the line dishes and cookware. We loved everything about our beach home.

Had a beautiful week, the house was immaculate. Perfect layout, everything was amazing. My family has been vacationing in Oak Island for 30 years this vacation was by far the best one yet. My wife and I got married on Oak Island 10 years ago and we got to celebrate our anniversary in this beautiful house, we just had the absolute best time. Thank you for letting us enjoy one of the best-kept secrets on the east coast.
