Bring along the entire family, including up to two dogs per stay and even your personal boat or kayaks, for a vacation full of waterfront fun surrounded by a gorgeous natural backdrop.

Kick back your feet on the spacious screened porch as you take in beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway in privacy and comfort or venture on to the attached partially covered deck to dine in the shade or catch some rays from the classic rocking chair. If you’d rather relax inside, the living room is furnished with a comfy sofa and loveseat, an armchair with an ottoman and a large wall-mounted TV. Basic cable is available along with wireless internet so you can log into your streaming platforms to watch your favorite shows.

The dining area offers two dining sets, one seating six and one seating four, along with four bar-height chairs at the adjacent breakfast bar. The bright and modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a large gas range with double ovens, stainless steel appliances and a deep farmhouse sink ideal for washing up local produce or cleaning the catch of the day. An eye-catching sea turtle backsplash and fun nautical details add a touch of whimsy.

Each of the four bedrooms in this home features a private ensuite bathroom and direct deck access. On the lower level, the front bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and the bathroom is equipped with a standard tub/shower combo. The waterway side bedroom offers a king bed, a TV for personal entertainment along with a loveseat to watch from and a step in glass and tile shower in the bathroom. A laundry closet is also located in this room with a stackable full-sized washer and dryer. Upstairs, the waterway side bedroom is furnished with a king bed while the streetside bedroom has a queen. Each of the two rooms has access to a private balcony with built in bench seating. The attached bathrooms each offer step in shower stalls, and the waterway side bedroom also has its own TV along with views of the Atlantic from the balcony.

The lower level covered front porch offers a number of classic wooden rocking chairs along with upholstered porch furniture so that you can enjoy the sea air in comfort. Beneath the home, you’ll find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, along with a utilitarian extra bathroom complete with a shower stall and an additional washer and dryer. A ground level deck and seating area look out over the long private fishing pier, and a picnic table and gas grill are also located here for cookouts.

The private pier offers backwater fishing, and the floating dock has two cleats where you can tie up a boat (max of 18 feet in length) or kayaks so you can adventure on the water during your stay. There is also a fish cleaning station so you can prepare you catch right by the water. When you’re ready to hit the beach instead of the waterway, a short five-minute walk takes you to public beach access. Walk along the beach to The Pointe and wave to other vacationers across the inlet on neighboring Holden Beach. The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time on the screen porch and eating our meals outside. The location to the beach and the point was very nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

The entire home was awesome! Plenty of room, clean, ocean and sound breezes, and the outside seating was great! The dock was a good size and the fish were biting. We want to be there again soon!
