There's even a gas grill that makes cooking out a breeze.

A quiet backyard path and walkway leads to a private boat dock complete with a fish cleaning station, and the provided fishing equipment, canoe and two kayaks ensure you’ll be able to put both to good use.

The enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water is the perfect spot to rinse off after returning from the beach, which is only a brief 2-4 minute car ride away. Or if you prefer, you can use the provided golf cart and two bikes to help ferry your crew back and forth from the ocean side! The golf cart includes a town parking permit for your convenience.

Also take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit along with the golf cart charging station to relax in style and recharge along with your ride.

This home is also equipped with an outdoor elevator, which is perfect for carrying your luggage to the house or bypassing the stairs. The outdoor passenger lift has a maximum capacity of 750lbs.

Once inside you'll find an open concept living space with a cathedral ceiling and plenty of windows, creating an expansive space flooded in dappled natural light. This property provides tons of family friendly amenities, including a high chair/booster, baby crib and baby gate - and as a pet friendly property welcoming up to two dogs, it’s friendly for the entire family. There's also a TV with cable, DVD player, DVDs and high-speed wireless internet.

We loved the house and all of the accommodations that come with it. We spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and appreciated being able to take the golf cart down to the beach and around. Beautiful home, great layout, perfect location.
