Contemplating on your next excursion? Struggling with choices such as location and the perfect home can be tiresome, but The Teal Turtle has both. Centrally located in the midst of it all, this beautiful abode is just a seven-minute stroll to the nearest public beach access and is just one block away from a public park and tennis court - listen to summer concerts from the privacy of your front porch! Surrounded by Oak Island’s very own famous restaurants and shops, there’s no shortage of things to do.

Upon entering this home, you’ll notice the open concept floorplan. To the left is the living room furnished with comfortable seating and an abundance of natural lighting. The wooden coffee table sits in front of one of the chairs and the television is placed on the TV stand. A beautifully shaped canoe bookcase stands in the corner and has a selection of literature to choose from.

Aside from the living room is the dining area with seating for eight. Feast on your meal here as you plan ahead for the day full of adventures. Behind the dining area is the kitchen that has all stainless-steel appliances. The white cabinetry and granite countertops make this section modern. Prepare your legendary dish for loved ones here as you take pride in knowing all of your essentials are provided.

Down the hall to the left is the first queen bedroom, which has two hanging nightstands, a dresser, and a television for your entertainment. No need to take your laundry anywhere because a washer and dryer are provided for you across the hallway. Beside the first bedroom is the second sleeping quarter supplied with one single over single bunk bed, a double bed, and a television. The first bathroom is beside the second bedroom. Across the hall is third master bedroom has a king bed, two nightstands, a dresser for your items, and a large standup mirror. The second bathroom is in this room and has a walk-in shower along with a Jack and Jill sink.

Enjoy the sunny day out on the covered porch as you watch the locals pass you by from a pair of classic rocking chairs or a comfy sofa and chair set. Downstairs, you'll find a classic wooden picnic table in the shade of the house along with a wooden ring toss game. When you're ready to hit the sand, the beach is just a short walk away, and the enclosed outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off the sand when you return.

When you need a break from the sun and surf, some of the island's most popular local dining spots are also close enough to walk to! Grab a quick taco for lunch at Kai Joe's, please the whole family at Bar-B-Que house or sneak off for appetizers and a cocktail at 49th St Station while you enjoy live local music.. Whatever you choose to do on your dream beach vacation, The Teal Turtle has you covered!

location was great. convenient to everything we wanted to do. fairly quiet (no road noise - but the pickleball noise was pretty constant).
