Stairway to Haven is a beautiful location for your next family adventure. This home is tastefully decorated with stained glass windows, artwork and coastal furniture. Enjoy ocean views from each room. This vacation home is just steps away from of the largest beaches with natural sand dunes on the island. The large two-level wrap around covered decks offer incredible sunrise, sunset and marsh views. Stairway to Haven is located on a safe, quiet, dead-end street with little to no traffic or public street parking.

Included is enclosed, lockable guest storage room with cruiser bikes, beach cart, chairs, and toys. Have fun playing day or nighttime lighted shuffleboard, corn hole and ring toss right next to the pool level tiki bar. The ground level pool area has plenty of room for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is an pool level outdoor shower/ bathroom for your convenience.

This four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home features three flat screen TVs . The kids will love hanging out in their own “groovy" Surf Den. Rainy day, no problem! Stairway to Haven comes with plenty of inside and outside games to keep you busy.

The kitchen is finished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator, and a wine and beer cooler. The dining room table is large enough to seat 10 with additional seating for four at the oversized island.

Hop on a cruiser bike and ride to the lighthouse for a tour and a walk on the dune nature trail. Stairway to Haven located within walking distance to the pier, beach dining a wide variety of shopping, mini golf, ice cream shops and restaurants. Play some fun family games in the lighted outside game area, such as shuffleboard, Tiki Toss and corn hole! This home features a 230/50 amp outlet for you to plug in an electric car or golf cart and enough room to park a boat!

Stairway to Haven is not your average rental home. The owners occupy their home in the off season and take special care of the inside and the outside of their beach escape. They are very proud to be able to share their piece of Haven with families and friends. The views, amenities, neighborhood, location and awesome decor all make this home stand out. Tom and Sue welcome you to share their “Little Piece of Haven.” See you on the beach!

Heated Pool: Available to be heated when outside temperatures are 55 degrees and higher upon request for $100 per day (minimum) with at least a one-day notice required. Only available to be heated until the end of pool season which is October 31st.

Though guest pets are not permitted at this home, please note that a dog may be present during owner reservations for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Beautiful location with gentle breezes away from the noise from the beach. Home was decorated in a coastal motif. Kitchen was well equipped for our large group of 9. We enjoyed the pool and the shuffleboard area under the house.

Stairway to Haven was just what we needed this week! My husband of almost 38 years and I spent a wonderful, relaxing and romantic week at this amazing home. The location alone is wonderful...just a little bit back from the beach but still an amazing view of the waves from the upper deck where we rocked and sipped wine. The cleanliness of this home is honestly the best I've ever seen...and I am picky! This home looks, smells, and feels basically new despite its three-year-old construction. There are a lot of amazing details in this home that make me wonder why the homeowners would ever choose to leave this property themselves...we had a very difficult time doing so ourselves. The home is equipped with everything you need...from the inside and outside! The pool is so clean and relaxing! Why did we have to leave? (not a question but a cry.) We will definitely stay here again!

First family vacation all together since our 4 grandbabies were born. Stairway to Haven made our vacation more than perfect. Our grandkids are between 2 1/2 and 5. I can’t say enough about this beautiful home and how family friendly it is. Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool, 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners of Stairway thought of everything! The morning and night views are stunning! If we all get to vacation again together in Oak Island, Stairway to Haven will surely be our choice!
