Four Flat Screen smart CCTVs with basic cable, wireless internet access. Newly renovated, hardwood and carpet flooring. Well equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Covered porch and deck, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold. 1/2 block to 39th Street boat launch and 1 block (200 steps) to beach access. Patio with charcoal park style grill. Beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, toys and body boards. Corn hole set.

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, a dog may occasionally be present on owner reservations.

Saltwater Gospel exceeded our expectations for a great beach house. It felt like home away from home. The property was well kept and maintained. The decor was lovely. We will definitely consider staying here again for future beach vacations. We didn't want to leave!
