This beautiful, quaint beach bungalow is located two minutes from Middleton Drive, which has easy beach access in both directions. There is also a walkover at SE 9th Street worth exploring. Packed full of character, this beach cottage feels like a home away from home as it sits tucked away amongst the trees.

The living room is furnished with a love chair and two recliners. This area also has a wooden China cabinet, which may transport some guests back to grandmother’s house. The flat screen television rests on the matching wooden TV stand in the living room, where your family and friends can gather for leisure and fun. Along the vaulted ceiling hangs a ceiling fan to offer a cool breeze on hot, summer days.

To the left of the living room is the hallway, where you'll find the laundry closet on the right. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, comfortable for relaxing after a long day at the beach or strolling around the island. This room is perfect for reading a book or just to get away from it all.

The second guest bedroom is located down this same hallway to the left. This room has two twin-sized beds. This room has a vintage yet inviting feeling that welcomes you as soon as you walk in. This is the ideal area to wind down and listen to the natural world outside.

Across from the hallway of the second guest bedroom is a beautifully decorated full bathroom with a shower.

The dining area sits adjacent to the living room, with seating for seven. Feast on your favorite island dish all while planning your next adventure on the island.

The kitchen is beside the dining area. Equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave, this traditional kitchen is made for a family gathering. With its granite countertops and light wooden cabinetry, this area suits guests well.

Aside from the dining area is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. This primary bedroom has a flat-screen TV that sits on a television stand to watch your favorite shows. Inside the bedroom is the master bathroom that has a shower. This section of the house seeks seclusion and calmness.

The fenced backyard makes this beautiful home one of a kind. Charming trees surround you as you enjoy your family and friends on the outside patio. Gather around the firepit on the patio, which seats eight, or grill your favorite meal. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off after a hot day at the beach. There is also outside storage for any beach toys or extra vacation essentials you may need stored away.

This is a great rental if you’re traveling with dogs! The fenced in yard was perfect. The walk to the beach was great. The main bedroom even had a very comfortable bed! (not something you can say about every rental)

We loved everything about our vacation rental. It was exactly as described, and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. The location was great for us. A nice, quiet neighborhood. We loved the fenced back yard. Our pup loved it too, she had a safe place to play. Would highly recommended Ruff Life.

Our beach trip was all about our babies - Winston and Oliver, two mini schnauzer pups! It was their first time going to the beach. The house was puppy friendly and very accommodating! The fenced in back yard allowed them freedom to play while we were at the house. We would absolutely stay here again!
