This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Flat screen 55" HDTV in living room and 37" flat screen in master bedroom with extended cable, flat screen TV in each bedroom, DVD player, wireless internet access. This home is equipped with an ultralight purification system on each air handler unit. An elevator is available for guest use.

Screened porch, decks, covered porches, this luxury home has it all including an abundance of outdoor furniture, table and chairs, canopy swing. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, Weber gas grill. Beautiful glimpses of the ocean and short walk to direct beach access from shared private boardwalk or public access. Gorgeous home with inverted floor plan providing plenty of open space. Master bedroom and Master guest bedroom have hardwood floors. All bedrooms have a private bathroom (master has tub with jets), private access to decking, iPod docking and alarm clocks and are decorated with beachy chic decor! Kitchen is well equipped with ample cabinets and countertops. All appliances are stainless steel, granite countertops and ceiling fans throughout. Large kitchen table and bar stools provide plenty of options for dining.

Rey Del Mar is a perfect set up for our family. With two suites separated by floors and front to back, our two dog families can separate easily for restful evenings. We love the boardwalk to the beach and always look for anoles along the way and pretty flowers in the marsh/dunes.

This house is gorgeous inside! We rent a lot of properties, and this was one of the best we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable, and a great location. The private walkway between the houses was especially nice. Multiple decks let us choose the sunniest one or the shady one depending on our mood and the weather. Rey del Mar is our go-to choice for staying on Oak Island with the whole family. There are two dogs, and a grandchild. The grandchild loves the familiarity of reconnecting with the pelican pictures and the nooks around the house. The two separated master suites enable dogs and family to have some space. The kitchen is well maintained and elevator appreciated!
