Dog friendly with a fenced-in yard, this vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round. Call the OIA office with the age and breed of all canine guests to request approval for more than two dogs.

Constructed in 2019, A Pawsitive Attitude offers guests a hot tub, covered porch and open sun deck with furniture. Other outdoor amenities include an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, fenced-in rear yard, hammock and gas grill. Watch the sunsets from the front deck while sitting in your personal hot tub.

Four TV’s (one 55-inch and three 32-inch) with extended cable, wireless internet access. Large open floor plan with ocean views from most living spaces, tile flooring, Ms. Pac Man machine, gas stove and dryer.

Beautiful home, everything you need. Love the neighborhood, sunsets and view. So easy to get to the beach. Being pet friendly was so nice. Want to thank the owners for sharing their home for a wonderful family vacation pet friendly too!

Great place to stay. Beautiful house and great location. Has a fenced in yard but is only chain linked on 3 sides. If you have small dogs they can get out. So just be aware of this before you come if you have small dogs. Other than that I loved this place

Wow! I could not have furnished or designed a better beach house! Everything we needed! Great layout! Very well furnished kitchen - enough dishes to prepare and serve a Thanksgiving dinner for the whole family! Comfortable bed. Great fenced yard for the dog. Easy beach access. lovely porches for sunrise and sunset! We've already booked 2 weeks in March 2022!

What a lovely house! Perfect for people. Perfect for accompanying dogs! This house was beyond any expectations of a rental - we had absolutely everything we needed and the house was perfectly appointed. We could not have done it better if I put it together myself. Lots of room! Kitchen is so well equipped I could have fixed and served a Thanksgiving turkey to 12!!!! Great fenced yard for the dogs - with lots of water bowls and places to hang up the leashes of our 4-footed kids! The east facing porch allowed for soaking in the morning sun and the west facing front porch allowed taking in the Sunset. Both have a great selection of chairs, rockers, and loungers for a comfortable relaxing time. The beach access is just a few steps away - you can hear the waves and see the ocean from the house. Looking to plan a longer vacation there in 2021!
