At "Out of Office" guests can expect all the comforts of home, including a stocked kitchen with pots large enough to cook lobsters and a huge dining area that can easily seat 10. Beautiful beachfront views are the focal point of a dramatic open great room, spacious dining area, and a granite and stainless steel kitchen. Primary and secondary fridge with ice maker. Living area floors and stairs are wood and laminate hardwood for ease of use. Ceiling fans throughout. Four TV's (one 65-inch, one 50-inch and two 43-inch TV's) with extended cable, DVD player, stereo with CD and tape player, internet access.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of space to create fond memories with family and friends. Both bathrooms also feature granite and have hair dryers.

Covered porch with rocking chairs, lounge chairs, horseshoes, corn hole, outside shower with hot and cold water, and even a telescope for star gazing! There is also a large park-style grill for any meals you prefer to prepare outdoors. The home has plenty of toys for "fun in the sun"... don't forget to wash sandy feet at the beach side stairs or catch a rinse in the outdoor shower!

Located on the quiet west end of Oak Island, search for shells and sharks' teeth or build a sandcastle. "Out of Office" is convenient to Middleton Avenue and the Swain's Cut Bridge for day excursions to Myrtle Beach, Southport and Wilmington. Not far from restaurants, shopping and the Intracoastal Waterway. The property owners are excited to share their home with you. Very seamless check in . Outstanding location . Perfect 4 bedroom for our needs . Very nice porch . New sliding glass doors were terrific . Been coming to Oak Island pretty regularly for 30 years . Out of Office is one of our favorite properties .

I just wanted to thank the owner and OIA for taking such great care of us during our stay and marriage in the middle of May. After a Hurricane wiped out our initial plans to get married last Sept. we rescheduled for this May. Through this entire process, the owner continued to update us on the renovations and updates to the property. Thank you again! As for this property, what can I say other than it was perfect. This house is amazing and made for the perfect location for us to have a beautiful beach wedding. This house has everything you will ever need and then some. We cant wait to come back next year for our 1 year anniversary and many years to come. Thank you Out of Office for an amazing week and wedding!!
