The ocean side covered deck is the perfect place to relax in the rocking chairs as you sip an icy cold beverage. The deck box is outfitted with beach items and toys, to sink your toes into the warm sand and enjoy the ocean breeze. This beachfront vacation-ready home sleeps eight with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The warm and inviting living space makes this home the perfect place for the next family vacation, complete with baby and kid friendly amenities, or friend reunion. The upstairs movie room provides valuable extra space to relax, and the sectional within is large and comfortable enough for two to take a mid-afternoon nap, or even to utilize as an additional sleeping space.

With the beach right at your back door, enjoy the tranquility of an early morning beach stroll where you can catch dolphins playing in the early morning sun or snuggle up on the deck as you get lost in the stars of the midnight sky. "Into the Mystic" was one of the best houses we have stayed in at Oak Island. We have been staying at Oak Island since 1996. The house is very clean and has everything that you need, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating in living and dining area. It is located right on the beach, you walk right down the steps and onto the beach. Our family of five really enjoyed our week at "Into the Mystic" and are planning to be back next Spring.

Having people interrupt our vacation 4 out of the seven days to fix things in the house. 10 mins after arriving guys come in to fix towel rack and vent, day 2 guy comes by to let us know they are turning power off for 30-60 minutes, day 3 guy comes by to let us know they are coming next day to fix leak at window, and day 4 guys come by and take part of wall off right at table to fix leak. So I feel like we didn't get the total relaxation that we were wanting to get. Maintenance issues should have been done before our arrival or after.

This was our first time vacationing in Oak Island. Our rental home was nearly perfect and we were very satisfied working with Oak Island Accommodations! The property was clean and the pictures were true representations of the home. The keyless entry was a snap. We will happily use Oak Island Accommodations in the future.
