With a professionally decorated interior, open living floor plan, and extensive attention to detail, Maximum Adventure provides a luxurious beach vacation experience. A pet-friendly property with an elevator and partially ADA compliant bed and bath, this property is prepared to accommodate all members of your party comfortably. Built for entertaining inside and out, large families will enjoy the reverse floor plan, comfortable living room, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with Bosch appliance and designed with plenty of counters and cabinet space. In addition, the property also features a 1st level lounge with an attached kitchenette. And each bedroom has its own attached private bath, ensuring the perfect combination of privacy and togetherness. The high-end features extend outside as well, where you’ll find an inviting hot tub cascading into a private pool with heating available for an additional fee. Surrounded by comfortable furniture; you’re sure to spend hours enjoying the soft ocean breezes while relaxing with a cool drink. Additional desirable features include a fireplace, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and even an electric car charging port. And for larger groups or family reunions, be sure to check out the similarly appointed property Luna’s right next door. Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

The number of rooms and bathrooms for our group was just excellent. The upstairs kitchen/dining/living room/decks were fantastic for gathering for thanksgiving. The shuffleboard was just a hit for all ages. There were plenty of spaces for puzzles, games, soccer & football watching on TV - all simultaneously! The proximity to the beach access is outstanding, plus you can hear the ocean and see the ocean from the top deck. Having a guest garage that we could put all our beach stuff in while we were there so it was locked and secure was great. The elevator and size of shower really made this house a great experience as we had several folks that needed those on a daily basis.

Excellent home. Beautiful with enough space for many. Pool and outdoor kitchen lovely for evening family gatherings, and right across the street from the beach access. Loved coffee on the porch watching the waves, and the ample space to spend with family. We would book again in a heartbeat.

We loved vacationing at Oak Island and enjoyed our stay at Maximum Adventure! The ocean view was amazing! We loved the kitchen and living room combo! So much space for everyone and we loved having a bathroom off of every bedroom. It was beautifully decorated!
