Sleeps 10. 4 Bedrooms/2 Baths: 2 Queens, 2 Doubles, 2 Singles.
Three TV's with basic cable (2 32 inch flat screen TVs and 42 inch TV in living room), DVD player, wireless internet, no phone. Full laundry on main living area. Front and back decks offer nice views with an added seating area off of dune top deck. Outside rinse off on deck leading from beach, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill. Split floor plan with open living room and kitchen, great for sharing good times. Ceramic tile flooring throughout, granite countertops in kitchen. View of lighthouse from everywhere. Nightly rentals available off season only with a three night minimum stay. Off season monthly rentals available. 2016: new windows, flooring, siding, roof, granite counter-top, appliances including laundry. 2017: New and expanded deck and boardwalk to the beach. 2020: Newly entire re-painted interior

This is a lovely, old-style beach cottage with lots of modern updates. Although it is surrounded by huge houses, it retains a sense of privacy with lots of vegetation to separate it from its neighbors. Set back from the beach, with glorious views and lots of deck space, it was roomy and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I rented this lovely cottage for 2 separate weeks and enjoyed our stay so much. It is beautifully maintained and well equipped. Very private and quiet both in July and September. It really does need new mattresses thruout, more comfortable seating in common area, better coutdoor furniture on deck. For comparable properties in this price range I would expect paved parking areas. The dirt accumulated in one week was unbelievable. As the floor plan is especially suitable for seniors, a lift for luggage and beach supplies would be helpful.

This is 3rd time we have used Oak Island Accommodations and they are excellent! Reservation service perfect, very knowledgeable about area for advice on Equip rentals like Umbrellas, bikes, cribs, etc., we used Sharon's Rental Service and they about beat us to the house with equipment upon our arrival, and merchandise was like brand new! Check in and check out was great! Very friendly knowledgeable staff!
