There is no shortage of fun nor relaxation in this beautiful four-bedroom home. Only a one-minute walk to the ocean, you can take this stroll and cancel out all the noise around you. With the waves crashing and fresh air, one can’t resist this location. Need a change from the beach? A private pool is provided for your leisure.

Upon entering this stunning home, you’ll notice beautiful décor all around. The first bedroom is located to the left of the entry. The second bedroom is located beside the first bedroom. Included in the second bedroom is a bathroom with double vanities. The third bedroom is towards the back, next to the gathering room. This bedroom has a shared bathroom with the second bedroom. The shared bathroom has his and her sinks along with more ornamentation.

The gathering room has enough seating for you and your loved ones. Participate in a friendly game with family and friends in this area. Lay back and watch your favorite show. Room darkening shades are provided for comfort. Aside from the gathering room is the elevator. Skip the steps and save your energy with this beneficial perk.

On to the second floor is the great room. Meticulously set up with you in mind, this may be your favorite room. Serenity follows you as this room is crafted with your comfort in mind. Flowing from the great room is the dining area, where laughter and memories are made. Enjoy quality time and plan your next adventure by the sea, while feasting on your favorite meal. There is a bathroom off to the side of the dining area.

The spacious kitchen is located behind the great room and is stocked with all of the basic cooking essentials you need such as two dishwashers, two refrigerators and a Keurig. Show off your chef skills in the kitchen. Whip up your favorite dish and serve it to the family. A half bath is located near the kitchen. The master bedroom is located behind the kitchen. This airy room has its own private bathroom.

Relax on the covered porch while sipping on your choice of coffee. Watch the sunset in the hammock. Jump in the pool and relax your muscles as all your stress goes away. Fritz’s Fantasea is truly one of a kind for those looking for a real getaway.

This house has everything we need: elevator, pool, proximity to ocean. The kitchen is so well-stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, small appliances, etc. We love the decks on both sides of each floor where we have a view of the pool or a great view of the ocean. We especially enjoy the ocean breeze on the front decks. We have already booked for next year.

The beach house was absolutely beautiful and clean just like the pictures. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need. It was a super short walk to the beach with a baby and young children. This was our favorite beach house yet!

We had the best time staying at Fritz’s Fantasea. The house had everything we needed and fit our whole family comfortably. Perfect location, close to restaurants and shops, even close to walk to a few. Beach access is just across the street. We loved it and will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house! The location is great-a super quick walk to the beach, and views of sunrise and sunset from the front porch. The pool was awesome, the kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Loved having the elevator, double dishwashers and refrigerators! We will definitely stay here again next year!
