Covered porches with furniture, private canal facing covered porch with furniture off of master bedroom. Also available for off-season monthly rentals. No pets or smoking allowed. The common dock is NOT available for guest use.

This is our third time we have rented Change of Pace and we absolutely love everything about this property. It serves our family well in terms of rooms, common spaces and outside spaces. We were especially impressed with the level of cleanliness of the house when we got there.
