Start your day with a cup of coffee and a book on the screened-in front porch with bistro lighting, furnished with outdoor seating. There's a comfortable conversation area as well as a large table for outdoor dining and a porch swing.

Only three quarters of a mile away from the beach, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers a relaxing, quiet vacation spot in a largely residential section of the island.

Spend quality time with your group in the living room equipped with a 55-inch flat screen smart TV centered in front of a comfy L-shaped couch suited to hold the whole family. Or settle down with one of the many books, board games or puzzles for your enjoyment. Despite feeling disconnected from the world due to the quiet surroundings, you won't be thanks to wireless internet access throughout the whole home.

Fire up the gas grill while the kids play in the fenced-in backyard or test your culinary skills in the kitchen, which is outfitted stainless-steel appliances. There is also plenty of equipment to use during your trips to the beach or while enjoying the backyard, including six beach chairs and an umbrella, adult and children's beach games, a bag game, and a backyard hockey game.

Retire for the night in one of two king sized beds and tuck the kids into the bunk bed (twin over a double). There is another twin bed in the bunk room, and two bedrooms feature their own TV for personal entertainment.

It is moderately decorated, making it a more comfy place to stay; yet cute as a button. Love the long screen porch with porch swing. Lg king beds very comfy, pillows just right. All things needed were there. Loved the Beach House!!

The beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet and close to the beach. There was plenty of seating for everybody. The kitchen was well stocked with just about any appliance or utensil you could need.

The house was well represented by the pictures on the website. Keep in mind that pictures often make space look a little bigger than it really is. It was very clean. The kitchen was well organized and equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances. The master bed was comfy and we appreciated the sealed linen packages. Very nice washer and dryer and nice French door frig with lots of room. Large screen TV in the family room. Cozy beach feel, but not cluttered...very minimalist which is an asset in my opinion. Liked the light colors used in the baths and the organizer baskets and shelves. The area is residential and very quiet, but was not expecting the travel around the canal to be using a main busy street to reach the beach. Did not feel safe using a golf cart due to car/truck traffic. The 4 beach accesses we used were not user friendly to older (64-65) adults due to the high dunes. (we realize this is not in your control). Overall, we were pleased with the rental and its cleanliness.

Overall, a clean, comfortable place to stay. About a 20 min walk to the beach, it is located on a quiet street and has a lovely screened in porch. The fenced backyard was perfect for our little dog. The beds were comfortable, and the washer and dryer were new and worked well.

We stayed here for a few days with family for Thanksgiving. We had no issues during our stay, and the bedrooms were well stocked with pillows/blankets. Because we were planning to cook during our time there, we did bring a few extra kitchen essentials just in case, but found that pretty much everything we would need was already there. We brought our pup who enjoyed the fenced in yard. The living area and kitchen were open, so it was great for socializing. It is a pretty small place, so if you're tired of hearing your family members' voices, there's a great screened porch and the neighborhood is lovely for walking.

Great location; very short 2-3 min drive to the beach. Each day we found parking without any problem at the beach. The house is fully furnished, with more cookware, and utensils then we could ever use. The beds were comfortable. The backyard has a nice fence which worked perfect for our pup. My favorite part was the huge screened in front porch. Overall, it was exactly as advertised! Would stay here again!
