Private oceanfront covered balcony with furniture, shared walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each building has outside shower for rinsing off, across the street from Oak Island Golf Club. Available for off season monthly.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
