All Decked Out is a spectacular beach house that features the sleeping options noted above plus an outdoor shower.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 and features ocean views from all four covered decks, a state-of-the-art kitchen, elevator, a private yard with a built-in pool that can be heated for an additional fee, covered parking and so much more! Not only does this home provide plenty of sought-after amenities, but it is also right down the street from the public beach access at the end of SE 73rd Street.

Each front deck features barista rocking chairs and side tables allowing you to relax and unwind while you enjoy your drink of choice. On the rear decks you will find barista bar height tables and chairs. Additionally, the top deck includes an outdoor dining table with seating for six so you can bring the good food and good times outdoors while feeling the sea breeze rush by.

Where you will be sleeping (each bedroom will be equipped with a ceiling fan, recessed lighting and a Smart TV):

• Bedroom #1 serves as the master suite with a king size bed, sliding door access to the deck, walk-in closet and spectacular, tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower head in the full bathroom.

• Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom.

• Bedroom #3 offers a queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom as well.

• Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, large closet and a shared private bathroom with the adjacent bunk room.

• Bedroom #5 is the bunk room, which includes two sets of bunk beds (twin-over-twin), a large closet and a shared private bathroom with adjacent bedroom #4.

House Rules:

• This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside of the house whatsoever. Any damage caused by smoking to the property or furnishings are the responsibility of the tenant.
• Pets are NOT permitted. Any damage caused by pets on the property or furnishings are the responsibility of the tenant.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a small dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

The place was very nice and clean. However, the elevator kept getting stuck on the second floor very scary. One of the bedrooms, bathrooms showers would not put out hot water. The house was not stocked well for a rental property and as much as we paid. Needed more bowls, pans, and pots.Overall the property has been kept well, but needs to address these issues.

Beautiful home, easy to find in a nice quiet area. We loved the private heated pool and the view of the ocean. We were also very thankful for the elevator as my elderly mother has trouble with stairs. We felt like we were at home and really enjoyed watching TV in the evening hours on the reclining couch and love seat, huge plus when you are on vacation! We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch in the morning for coffee and the evening to wind down. It is so relaxing to listen to the ocean in this beautiful home. The AC is very important to me and it worked GREAT, huge plus! The only critique I have is that the home could use a deep clean to take care of all of the small details that need attention.

We loved All Decked out! Beautifully decorated and super clean. We enjoyed the huge kitchen and the elevator helped greatly in our unloading/loading process. We took advantage of the pool heating and paid the extra fee…best spent money! As our children never wanted to get out of the pool. We can't wait to come back.

I've been coming to OKI for over 20 years, and this was one of the best locations I've stayed at. Just steps from the ocean, on a quiet road, with a beautiful beach walk to the pier. Convenient to shopping and great places to eat. The house is beautiful and hosts a house full gracefully. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this property! The house was well appointed, in a great location and the pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach to the pier/coffee shop, and quick access to the store. The location was the best! FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS, please note that this elevator does not fit a standard wheelchair. Dimensions are 32"x35" (less than 3x3 feet)

The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was LARGE and well-appointed. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the multiple porches. I would give 5 stars but the TVs on the top floor didn't work despite two different repair people trying to fix them.
