Looking for the perfect beach getaway to rest, relax and have some fun? Escape to Oak Island and visit our home, “9th Street Sandy Feet” which sits on the wooded side of the island while still providing convenient access to the beach and Intracoastal Waterway.

We are dog friendly. Take a stroll with your four-legged furry friend to the end of the street and reach the beach a few blocks over. You can walk down the opposite end of the street to access the Intracoastal Waterway and to visit Veterans Park If you would like to drop in a fishing line. You can also take advantage of the kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas located at the property for your use.

"9th Street Sandy Feet" welcomes you into the living room that features a large sectional sofa and coffee table with two accent recliners centered around a flat screen TV. Wireless internet allows you to stream free channels or you can log into your personal streaming platforms. The entertainment center has a wide variety of DVDs for your viewing and a selection of games, books, and puzzles for all ages.

The living room feeds into the spacious kitchen and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room seats six with an additional two barstools as needed. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom flows off the living area and features a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The final two bedrooms feed off the opposite side of the living room and have queen beds, ample closet space, flat screen TVs and share a full bathroom with access down the shared hallway.

"9th Street Sandy Feet" greets you with a full-length front porch filled with rocking chairs and a swing for relaxing. The fully fenced in backyard is perfect for children and pets and also has a deck, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, picnic table, gas grill and an outdoor fire pit.

An owner-provided golf cart is available on site for your use for an additional rental fee of $350 per week.

We are pet-friendly year-round and during off season monthly rentals!

The rental house is nice, well stocked kitchen, except the ice maker was not in working order. The golf cart rental with the resident parking permit was nice. Very nice outdoor places to sit and relax. The outdoor shower is great. Beach chairs, bikes were a great extra. The TV (fire stick) was hard to use. You cannot log into your own personal streaming services. We were not there to watch TV. Overall nice accommodation.

We love Oak Island and vacation there every fall. The House "9th Street, Sandy Feet" is by far the Best house we have stayed in on the Island. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable for us and out little dachshunds. The back yard is set up very nice with secure fencing, a great sitting area with a fire pit and nice outdoor shower. The large front porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying relaxing after a day on the beach.

Thank you so much for all that is provided. Your home is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our family vacation here! This is our first-time visiting Oak Island, and we cannot wait to come back. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Tranquil Harbour, getting donuts from OKI Scoots, and donut shop. and getting fresh seafood from Haag & Sons Seafood. We also enjoyed Caswell Beach and The Point! The golf cart is a nice touch, and it was very convenient for going to the beach. My favorite memory was collecting shells with my family at the Point in the rain! This rental was perfect for what we needed, and we were very happy with how clean everything was. Thank you again.

Thank you for opening up your wonderful home for our family vacation. we have stayed at my cousin's home on Caswell and other areas on Oak Island, but we really enjoyed staying on this side of the Island. The house was perfect for what we needed. We rented two more bicycles, and we rode bicycles to the coffee and donut house. We also enjoyed the use of the golf cart. Our favorite spot was at the point. The best of the ocean and the waterway. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house and area were very nice. The people are friendly. Shagger Jack's was our favorite place to eat. The walk to the beach is kind of long but very enjoyable if you go early in the morning. The shops, coffee, and food places are close. Island Jo had really good coffee. I got the caramel iced coffee with extra caramel and cream. I hope the next renters have a great time!!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The location with the walk over to the beach at the end of the road was awesome. We rode our evoked all over the neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back.
