Master bedroom with walk-in closet, vanity and sink with separate shower, toilet and access to the covered porch overlooking Oak Island Golf Course. Dining seating for 4 plus 4 at the bar, gas fireplace in living room.

Covered porch with swing and deck furniture. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Community pool access to 2 seasonal pools.

Military discount available (contact Oak Island Accommodations for full details and eligibility requirements). Please note that no pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowners association's recommendation.

A very nice quiet tucked in location to Caswell Beach! Can easily rent a golf cart to drive back and forth to the beach. There is a beachside parking area for golf carts. Even so, it's a nice short scenic walk to the beach under the trees. The unit was surprisingly very spacious for a condo. We had everything we needed. The master bed was super comfortable. We could tell the homeowners were probably in the process of trying to add updates. There was a new table and chairs that weren't shown in the photos. Nice pool with only one other family each time we went. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location is amazing!! We loved the condo and can see the owners were making improvements. What has been updated was extremely nice! Can't wait to see the final! Super glad we were able to bring our doxies and appreciated how comfy the condo felt.
