Silicon Travel also offers VOIP, internet-based phone service, exclusively to vacation rentals who take advantage of SpeedMax WIFI + TV Streaming. Silicon Travel’s VOIP system is connected directly into your internet modem. The flat rate monthly service fee of $28 provides a local telephone number that allows you to make free local and long-distance calls anywhere in the United States and Canada. Your rates won’t increase and there are no additional telco charges that you find on other service bills. Silicon Travel provides the same support for phone service as for their wireless internet services. Other VOIP phone service benefits includes: 1) unlimited local and long-distance calling, 2) free toll call blocking, 3) free local 911 routing, 4) number porting available (keep existing number), 5) caller id, call waiting and call forwarding and 5) no phone company surcharges.

Vacation Attendant Guest Portal Included

Sign up for SpeedMax WiFi and your guests can enjoy blazing fast internet along with the benefits of the Vacation Attendant portal. The Vacation Attendant pops up when a guest logs in to the WiFi at the property. Guests will see a customized page for your property that provides a place to contact OIA for any housekeeping or maintenance issues. From this portal, guests can also rebook your property! For participating properties, Silicon Travel provides internet support to OIA guests and property owners. This support will address many of the WiFi and technical support issues reported by guests. Every connection is secured with a wireless password unless specified by the homeowner. The password is displayed on material that is left in the home for the guest to reference.
