Deep Cleans
Starting off on the right foot with a deep clean has never been more important. Sign up for this option and OIA will perform a deep clean on your property to prepare it for the prime rental season. The cost for this clean is three times the normal amount allocated for maid service. We recommend more than one deep clean per year. This is an ideal choice for owners who wish to have a second deep clean performed in late summer or early fall after a busy prime season. Check out the maintenance program section for details on how you can save on deep cleans. As outlined in your property management agreement, at least one deep clean is required per year (whether performed by OIA, a private cleaner or by the property owner). Traveler’s cleanliness expectations are, understandably, at an all-time high. As such OIA will strictly enforce this basic requirement for all rentals.
