This home was completely renovated in 2021 to provide your large group the perfect island getaway. Wake up and feel the (southern) seabreeze whistle by as you sip on your coffee and enjoy the delightful views of the beach directly in front of this home. Even better, when you are ready to hit the beach, the public access is just four houses down the street!

You will immediately notice this gorgeous home as you pull up and be even more impressed when you walk around back to find the private pool that can be heated upon request.

Walk into the living area that provides plenty of seating surrounding the flat screen TV. The living area leads you to the dining room and updated kitchen area which features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The main floor features two bedrooms each equipped with flat screen TVs with steaming capability. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Upstairs you will find five more bedrooms allowing everyone to have a space to getaway and rest after a long, fun day on the beach and in the pool. Each upstairs bedroom is complete with a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.

If you are looking for an extended beach getaway, this home is available for off-season monthly rentals.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Farhenheit and warmer.

We liked the house-very clean & kitchen was will stocked with pots & pans, silverware etc. We enjoyed the pool- it was clean & well taken care of. Location to beach was great! Plenty of parking for our family.

Southern Seabreeze was a great fit for our large family! There is no house across the way so although in second row you feel like you are on first row with beautiful ocean views. With 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (3 being on suites) there was plenty of private sleeping areas for all of us. The top deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the views (and at the same time be away from the family). The kitchen is more of galley but worked out (having a laundry room was great help too)! The dining table shows 6 chairs BUT what didn't show in the pics is the bench across the wall with windows! You can easily fit 6 people on that side allowing 12 around the table!!!! The one downside was the living room is tight for a large group but we made it work. The public beach access is 3 houses over to the left and a very easy walk! There is ample parking at the house and having the private pool was the highlight of the kids trip!!! (The adults enjoyed it too in the evening with no kids!)! Would definitely rent here again!!!

There is not a house in front of the property, so it felt like it was an ocean view home. The location is great (not sure if they are planning to build a home in the space).
