This four bedroom, two full bathroom home comfortably accommodates your group with a well-appointed sleeping layout that includes two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds - perfect for families or larger groups.

Start your mornings or unwind in the evenings on the covered, gated front porch, complete with classic rocking chairs where you can take in the ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine as the day winds down, this space is made for relaxation.

We've made beach days effortless by providing all the essentials you'll need - beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more - so you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying the beach.

Inside the home features a spacious living room and kitchen area, perfect for gathering and entertaining, along with durable laminate flooring throughout the house for a clean, comfortable feel. The home offers a welcoming atmosphere with a variety of entertainment options for all ages, including games, books and puzzles - perfect for family nights or a quiet afternoon break from the sun. Stay connected and entertained with five Smart TVs featuring extended cable on two, along with high-speed wireless internet access throughout the home.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. The home also features a small fenced-in backyard, along with a rear deck equipped with both gas and charcoal grills for easy outdoor cooking.

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available, making longer stays comfortable and stress-free.

Best rental EVER! The owners made sure that everything you could think of was there at the house. Basket of extra dog stuff, tons of beach chairs and games, brand new appliances and even poop bags downstairs in the fenced-in yard! Plus the fully appointed kitchen with every utensil I could think of. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner no problem! This is an older cottage but they have done an amazing job renovating it while still keeping that warm beach cottage feel. Pictures don't do the decorating justice! Communication and welcome from the owners was A+ also. :-) We will be back to enjoy another stay soon!

Wonderful experience. Home was neat, clean, very relaxing and you could tell the owners put thought into families staying there. So many things available, from books, games, crayons, puzzles, craft supplies....to umbrellas (it rained during our stay) flashlights, batteries and on and on. So glad they made it available for others to enjoy. Sitting on the front porch just enjoying the view was great. Our fur baby spent some time out there enjoying it. Was so nice to have the gate to close and not have to worry about him going off down the steps. Thanks so much!

The house was perfect! Well stocked and very clean. The dog run for our two Shelties was the BEST! Great location. We are building a home at OKI so we were there on business and had a few hours on the beach each day! We will come back soon!

The kitchen in this rental was the best stocked I have ever rented. There were even muffin tins and a waffle maker! The house was roomy, so that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other with two dogs in tow. Will definitely consider renting again for our growing family.

"Out of the Blue" was the perfect weekend place for us and our dogs! The property was clean, beds were comfortable, beach access was easy, and the rocking chair sunset views were amazing! The fenced pet area with direct access from the back deck was a huge bonus! Check in/out was so easy. We loved our stay and would definitely choose this property again!

We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs, and two kids between two families. The house is exactly as it shows in the pictures and it is absolutely perfect if you want to bring your dogs. Situated perfectly diagonally across from a wide beach access point. The amenities were great. Check in and check out was extremely easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Out of the Blue was a perfect place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for quick access to the beach, restaurants and stores. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs. The owners really thought of their guests in stocking the kitchen, providing beach supplies, toys and games for the children to enjoy etc. Definitely will look at renting it again.

Out of the Blue was a phenomenal beach house. It was just right for our family. The amenities were plentiful. Everything worked very well and the house was very comfortable. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The house is in a great location just across from the beach. We appreciated having many extras such as games, puzzles and books. We would stay there again!!!
