Pastel-colored rooms reflect the sunlight and cheer of the beach. The dining area has a table seating six plus four more seats at the kitchen counter. Features include stainless steel appliances, device charging station, wireless internet access, a high chair, baby gate, books, games/puzzles, DVD library, beach toys and boogie boards plus an outside shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have private oceanfront decks each with a table and two chairs. The large, covered, oceanfront porch has rocking chairs and a picnic table for dining outside. There is a charcoal grill on the ground level with an ash can for charcoal ashes.

Though no pets are allowed for guests, please note that dogs are occasionally present during an owner reservation for those guests who are allergic to dogs.

We loved the location and the house itself. The location on the west end is a little further away from most of the restaurants etc., but it is quieter. The picnic table outside on the covered deck was a real treat. The house is decorated in a beach theme throughout. Everything was as described/ pictured.Just as a point of information, the beds were all extra firm/ very hard. I would rent this property again, but I would bring a mattress topper. Also, the steps going to the second floor are very steep and curved. This was not an issue for us, but could possibly be difficult for someone else. Overall, a great property where you take a few steps right out your door to the beach.

We loved 10 Conch Too!! So clean and neat. Loved how it was decorated. Kitchen was well stocked for the 7 of us. It was so nice to walk out on the balcony from the second floor bedrooms and greet the day. Highly recommend and would love to return for our next vacation.

10 Conch Too was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the family. It had the best equipped kitchen of any we have rented in 20+ years including a mixer and a blender! Our family had a wonderful week! One of our daughter's got engaged! Our 2.5 year old grandson played in the surf and attempted to build sandcastles! The other daughter got a much need break from unpacking from a major relocation! AND Our son-in-law got a nice break before fulfilling his dream and starting his residency as a general surgeon! Life is Good! WE could not have asked for a better house to enjoy our celebrations.
