Step into the sun-drenched and spacious interior of this gorgeous Caswell Beach home, where French doors and huge picture windows that reach nearly floor to ceiling truly make you feel as though you can Sea Forever. Featuring an incredible dune-top sun deck, plenty of porch space and a massive primary suite complete with its own sitting room, you’re invited to sink into quiet coastal luxury and relax as you enjoy one of the most secluded stretches of beach on the island.

The open-concept great room offers space for the entire family to gather. In addition to plenty of comfy seating around the wall-mounted flat screen TV, those wanting to play a hand of cards or settle down with a good book can take advantage of the cozy seating arrangements alongside the windows. The long wooden dining table seats 12 comfortably, with an extra dining chair available and six additional seats at the adjacent breakfast bar.

Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals during your stay, the kitchen is a chef’s dream, with gleaming granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as well as tons of counter space and two sinks for prepping meals and a layout that allows everyone to lend a hand without tripping over each other. A laundry nook is conveniently located off this space, attached to a half bathroom.

The grand master suite is also located on the first floor, adjacent to the dining area. Enter into the attached private sitting room, complete with a small desk, a sofa and two chairs, a flat screen TV and amazing ocean views. The bedroom offers a king bed and an additional flat screen TV, as well as a spacious walk-in closet. The master bathroom is equipped with his and her sinks and a standard bath/shower combo.

On the opposite side of the great room, two more bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The rear bedroom offers a pair of twin beds and its own TV.

At the top of the stairs on the second level, a final sitting area with a sofa and flat screen TV serves as an entry point for the remaining bedrooms. The first of these offers ocean views, a king bed, and a private attached bathroom. The final pair of bedrooms is attached by another Jack and Jill style bathroom, with the oceanfront bedroom containing a king bed and the marsh view bedroom furnished with two queens.

Outside, the partially covered front porch offers a gas grill and seating, but the true gem of this property is the expansive collection of oceanfront decks. Step out of the living room and settle into one of the Adirondack chairs with your morning coffee. The outdoor dining table sits six for seaside meals. Midway down your private boardwalk over the dunes, a spacious second deck area is furnished with a bistro table and four captain’s chairs, the perfect perch for an evening cocktail. A final sundeck perched on the edge of the dunes has a ton of built-in bench seating as well as four lounge chairs so you can work on your tan to the soundtrack of the waves while still avoiding most of the sand.

When you are ready to hit the surf, enjoy the secluded feeling of Caswell Beach on one of the quietest stretches of the island, thanks to the fact that homes are only two rows deep here and the nearest public beach parking lot is roughly 1/3 of a mile away. After the day’s adventures, a rinse off area at the bottom of your boardwalk makes the short walk back comfortable. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water underneath the home as well, and the extra long paved driveway has plenty of room for all of your vehicles, including boats or trailers. The house was beautiful!! The dock is amazing and goes all the way to the beach! The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and any item you would need with a double fridge. We would prob give you a 5 star other than the cheap scratchy towels and sheets. Also the minimal amount of dishwasher and dish soap. Bring your own! Will def consider going again to this beautiful house on the beach with great sunset views!
