Sleek modern lines and subtle coastal décor intrigue rather than overwhelm the senses, and cheerful accent colors highlight the gorgeous ocean views from your living room, master suite and private covered porch.

This charming space was completely renovated in 2024, creating one of the nicest vacation rentals in this popular condo complex. Log into your favorite platforms through the high-speed internet and stream your current shows and movies on four Roku-equipped TVs, including a large wall-mounted screen in the living room and TVs in each bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook during your stay, and the dining peninsula seats six for meals or family game nights.

The master suite offers a queen bed, an attached private bathroom with a step-in shower and direct access to the oceanfront covered porch. The second bathroom, located just off the living room, is equipped with a standard tub shower combo. A second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed share hall access to this bathroom, and a laundry closet nearby is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer for your use.

Sip your morning coffee from the covered oceanfront porch as you watch the waves. A round dining table seats four so you can dine in the sea air, and a variety of other outdoor seating is available as well. When it’s time to hit the sand, dedicated walkways at each set of buildings provide easy access. Each building also has an outside shower for rinsing off all that sand before heading up to your unit. There are plenty of community amenities to enjoy as well, with a seasonal oceanfront pool and a grilling and picnic area available for your use. The Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer’s Bar and Grill are right across the street, or you can walk along the oceanfront to The Lazy Turtle, Koko Cabana and the Oak Island Fishing Pier. The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Wonderful location, great kitchen with seating, perfect amount of space for family of four with 2 teenagers! The beds were very comfortable. The couch is HUGE and provides seating for everyone! We have stayed in 2 other condos in this complex and this has been the BEST! Even though it is on the first level, it has an amazing view!

Oak Island is like going back in time. We came here when our children were small and now have come back with our grandchildren. It hasn't changed much. It's not too crowded, a perfect family place. You just never want your stay to end.

Our stay at Oak Island was wonderful! We enjoyed the first-floor condo with close access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances including microwave, toaster, toaster oven, and frozen drink blender. This would've been a five star stay if the beds were more comfy.
