The first-floor downstairs ensuite bedroom (Queen/2 twins) has its own private entrance, and an inside doored entry to the staircase leading to the upper main floor, where the other two additional ensuite bedrooms (King, 2 Queens) are located (all shower only).

The open concept main floor - living room, dining room, and kitchen - allows for families to enjoy being together inside, and extends outside onto the porch, where one can enjoy the sights and sounds of both sky (birds, clouds, stars) and ocean (ships, wildlife, surf) from the covered or uncovered sections of the deck. The house is in a perfect location to enjoy bike rides to the West End’s The Point, where many gather in the evenings to take in the glorious sunsets. Or a quick 5-minute walk across the street to enjoy a craft beer, pub food, live music and corn-hole at The Lone Rider Tap Room. And with the Beach Pantry a 7-minute drive away, and another 5 minutes to the Pier for fishing or the oceanfront’s only fine dining restaurant, Island Way, along with the supply of games, puzzles and a large collection of books, you will never want to leave! Of course, for those needing it, high-speed internet is included.

OIA does a great job, we have been using their service for over 15 years and certainly will continue in the future. If you have an issue they are quick to respond and correct the problem. Love the beaches on Oak Island and the surrounding area. We are from SC and always drive over if we are planning a beach trip.
