Featuring open and covered porches, an open-concept living area and a highly coveted location on Oak Island’s west end, this oceanfront home is ready to shelter your family and friends as you hatch your next beachside adventure.

White walls, dark beams and cathedral ceilings welcome you to the living room, where a leather sofa and loveseat invite you to plop down and stream a favorite move or show on the Smart TV.

The sturdy wooden dining table seats seven, and there are four wooden barstools at the adjacent breakfast bar. Bright turquoise cabinet doors add a pop of color to the cheerful kitchen, which also features plenty of counter space and everything you need to cook during your vacation.

A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is located just inside the ground floor entrance.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, so there’s no need to fight over the remote when it’s time to retire for the evening. On the main floor, you’ll find one bedroom furnished with a king bed while the other contains a queen bed. A full bathroom with hall access and a step-in glass shower stall is located between them.

On the upper floor, a second full bathroom with hall access and a standard tub/shower combo is situated between the final two bedrooms, each of which is furnished with two double beds.

The oceanfront covered porch offers a pair of captains’ chairs along with a pair of Adirondack chairs and cocktail tables. Sip your morning coffee as you watch the sunlight reflect on the waves! A built-in wooden gate allows you to close this space off so young ones can play safely.

A ramp leads down to the dune top sundeck and gazebo, where you’ll find even more furniture for relaxing, beach toys and an outdoor sink to clean up your daily haul of fish or shells. There is a hose and rinse off station on the lower deck, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water tucked underneath the home.

A short and easy access path leads over the dunes to the ocean. Set up your chairs and read a good book as the kids play in the sand while less adventuresome party members watch from the comfort and shade of the porches. Walk along the sand the whole way to the point to search for shells as you wave at beachgoers across the inlet on Holden Beach. You can even walk to dinner at Lonerider Brewery and enjoy a delicious meal while you watch boats drift by on the Intracoastal Waterway.

When you’re ready to explore the rest of the island, a short drive of 10 to 15 minutes takes you to grocery stores, ice cream shops, nightlife, restaurants, arcades and even a miniature golf course. Migrate to Jay’s Nest for your next vacation today!

Great house with amazing location. The house has many games and beach toys available to use. Would definitely rent this home again.

Ms. Grace was one of the nicest rentals we have had at Oak Island. Everything was neat, organized, shell washing station available and a beautiful outdoor porch very near the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings of the house were very attractive and crafty. The kitchen was lovely and although I don't cook much, everything was easy to find and much better equipped than my kitchen at home. Our week at Ms. Grace was most enjoyable and all of us agreed we would like to stay there again.
