Splash in the private saltwater pool, improve your golf game on the putting green or go head-to-head in a basketball shooting competition in shaded comfort – you can even watch the big game outside! Bring along the entire family to reconnect and relax, including up to two dogs per stay.

Cathedral ceilings and tons of windows lend a bright and airy feel to the living room. Watch the waves in comfort or stream your favorite shows. A dining space is situated between the living room and kitchen, where you’ll find stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Everything you need to cook during your stay is provided, from basic kitchen equipment and serving utensils to pots and pans. At the top of the stairs, the loft is furnished as a second living area complete with its own TV, so there’s plenty of room to spread out.

The oceanfront bedroom on the lower floor offers direct access to the oceanfront porch and a king bed. A small hallway that contains a full bathroom with a step-in shower stall opposite a laundry nook with a stackable washer and dryer connects to the second bedroom, which also offers a king bed. Upstairs, the oceanfront king bedroom also has direct porch access, this time to a small private balcony overlooking the water with two Adirondack chairs to sip your morning coffee from as you watch seabirds dive for their breakfast. The final bedroom is furnished with a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a second full bathroom with a step-in shower and hall access services the second floor.

While you’re sure to love the lovely interior of this home, the outside living spaces are true gems that you’ll treasure during your stay. In addition to the private upper-level balcony, a partially covered porch on the lower level offers multiple seating options in sun or shade. The connected covered dunetop gazebo has built in bench seating, and wooden gates with latches at the top of the steps to the beach access and bottom of the steps to the fully fenced pool area mean that toddlers and fur-babies alike can enjoy the space while their grownups relax. A handheld showerhead on the gazebo lets you wash off sandy feet or toys with ease before heading inside or down to the saltwater pool.

On the ground level pool deck, an outdoor dining table that seats seven offers space for alfresco dining, and several Adirondack chairs (some with ottomans) are scattered around the pool for lounging. Much of the area under the home is enclosed by wooden slat walls for privacy and shade that still let the ocean breezes carry through. Several games including a putting green and basketball shooting station are set up for your entertainment, and a comfy outdoor sectional sits opposite a TV and functions as an outdoor living room. A sandy section in this fully fenced area allows pets to have potty breaks without having to walk along the block.

When you’re ready to hit the sand yourself, enjoy direct beach access from the pool deck or first level porch. Set up right in front of the home and you can even watch the kids build sandcastles or fly kites from the shade and comfort of the porches.
