Fun tropical details are scattered throughout the open concept living space. Gather in front of the TV to stream a favorite movie as you relax on the sofa or an oversized armchair. The sturdy dining table seats six and provides plenty of space for meals or a family boardgame. The kitchen features everything you need to cook during your stay. Lay out the ultimate sandwich buffet on the breakfast bar or prepare the catch of the day on the expansive counters. A laundry closet opposite the kitchen is stocked with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features direct covered porch access as well as a private en suite bathroom. Listen to the waves as you drift off each evening and open the sliding doors to greet each day with a breath of fresh ocean air. Both bathrooms in the unit are equipped with a standard tub/shower combo. The second bathroom offers hall access as well as direct access to the second bedroom, which also has a king bed. The final bedroom provides a double bed, and all sleeping spaces have ceiling fans for your personal comfort.

The covered balcony looks out over the pool area to the sea and the endless horizon beyond. While the two sections of the porch are connected, a partial wall affords some privacy between the portion off the living room and the portion off the master bedroom. Each of these areas is furnished with a pair of captain's chairs and a bistro table. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch seabirds swoop and soar, or gaze at the sun as it dips below the horizon and paints the sea and sky with a rainbow of color as you sip on a refreshing cocktail.

When you're ready to hit the sand, beach access is fast and easy due to dedicated complex access points. Settle in at the covered gazebo and sway on one of the porch swings for a moment before you crest the dune and lay out your blanket. If you need a break from the surf, cool off in the oceanfront pool instead. Additional community amenities include a grilling and picnic area as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off before heading inside.

Located in easy walking distance from a number of local restaurants, beach boutiques, ice cream shops, nightlife and even an arcade, you can stroll along the main drag in the evening to enjoy nostalgic activities as a family. Or embark on any number of coastal adventures, from exploring nearby historic Southport to venturing via ferry to the Fort Fisher Aquarium or other Wilmington-area attractions.
