Relax on the covered porch as you watch golfers tee up with your freshly-brewed coffee in hand, or start your day with a sunrise stroll along the beach as you take in views of the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse. Spend your afternoons lounging on miles of pristine shoreline, playing golf at the Oak Island Golf Club or exploring the charming, walkable neighborhood.

Enter into the open concept living area, where hues of sand and sea invite you to slow down and enjoy life on island time. Gather together on the extended sofa to stream the latest summer blockbuster. The sturdy dining table seats at least six for meals or a family game night. The adjacent kitchen features a pass-through window to the living area. The gorgeous aqua tile backsplash adds a bright pop of color, and this space is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features its own Smart TV for personal entertainment and direct access to the covered porch. There's plenty of space to get ready for the day thanks to a large walk-in closet. The attached private bathroom features a standard tub/shower combo, while the sink and vanity are located in the bedroom proper - No need to wait to brush your teeth at night just because someone is in the shower! The second bedroom provides a queen bed and direct access to a shared full bathroom, which also has an entrance to the hallway. The final sleeping space is furnished with a pair of twin beds.

The covered porch offers a shady respite and a comfortable outdoor furniture set to lounge on. Gaze out beyond the wind-sculpted live oak and yaupon trees to the rolling greens of the golf course. On the lower level, a covered patio is equipped with a hose and a shower head with hot and cold water, making it easy to wash sand off of your beach equipment (or the kids) before heading upstairs. Speaking of beach equipment, you can save room when packing, as a beach canopy, chairs, boogie boards and even a cart to haul it all in are provided here.

Set out on the easy, paved walk to the closest public beach access, where a boardwalk just across the street from the neighborhood entrance leads you to the sand. Lay your blanket down just five minutes after setting foot outside your door! When you need a break from the sand and surf, cool off in one of two complex pools instead, gather up supplies and head to the public grilling areas for a cookout or explore the shady ruins of Fort Caswell scattered throughout the quiet neighborhood streets.

Walk down the beach to grab a bite at local favorites like KoKo Cabana, Ruby’s Coffeehouse, or the Lazy Turtle, or hop in the car and a short drive of five minutes brings you to a variety of Oak Island restaurants, ice cream shops and nightlife - in less than 10 minutes drive, you'll find grocery stores, arcades and more.
