We loved this house, the large kitchen, gathering area, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Handy washer and dryer.. such an easy access to the beach; kitchen well stocked. We used the hose in the outside shower, but was unable to use the shower. The only drawback was that - hope to be able to rent this home again next year.

Great location. Comfortable cottage for family, friends, and pets. Covered outdoor porch is great! Love the large kitchen and large table; easy to host a big group for dinner. Love how bright, open, and airy the place feels. (And I have a soft spot for the original fishing cottages on the Core and Outer Banks. They have history, and they were built to last!)

Beach Bums is a modern, comfortable house that had many features we really liked. The layout is more open than in other rentals we have stayed in. Modern kitchen, many amenities. The owners really pay attention to the details. The kitchen was more completely supplied rather than just relying on the remnants of past residents. The crowing piece was that I left critical medications behind and OIA swiftly located them and shipped them on their way to me. The office staff is incredible and very responsive to problems of all sorts. OIA Rocks!

Beach Bums was a beautiful home and really we enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime. We absolutely loved the location,and the view and deck are spectacular. Beach Bums was spacious, but also very cozy. We really felt at home. It was amply supplied with anything that you might need for cooking. The eat in kitchen was wonderful. We ate at the kitchen counter looking out at the ocean every night. The beds were comfortable and clean. We were happy that we could to bring our dog along! We would love to stay at Beach Bums again! Can't wait to return to North Carolina!
