A large front deck is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. You can also enjoy great ocean views and sunsets on top of the crow's nest. Cooking will be a breeze in the large, newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen. Dining has seating for six plus four additional at the bar. A screened back porch allows you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the views of the Intracoastal. Outside, there is also a large back yard where kids can play and run as well as a hot/cold shower and garage (10x10x35) access for boats/cars. For boaters, Blue Water Marina Point is just around the corner where you can dock your boat in the Intracoastal.
