Wake up, pour a cup of coffee while you sit on the covered beachfront balcony and watch the sunrise. This renovated 2nd floor condo provides amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and large commercial cargo ships sailing into the Cape Fear River headed to Wilmington. Watch the fishing boats off the beach early in the morning or late at night right from the balcony as they troll for shrimp. Feel right at home when you walk in and are welcomed by coastal colors, local photographs and decorations that encapsulate Brunswick County and the surrounding area.

The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with modern stainless-steel appliances to go along with white countertops and cabinets which makes cooking on your vacation easy and enjoyable. The living room offers plenty of seating to watch cable TV or DVDs or enjoy the views out the sliding glass door as you read a book. The master bedroom with its own sliding glass door to the balcony, as well as a wall mounted cable TV, showcases a remodeled walk-in and tiled master shower which compliments the entire room. Relax and spend your morning or evening sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the surf as the breeze blows the sea air around you.

A Sunday check in and check out enables visitors to enjoy less traffic coming and going to Oak Island from those arriving on a Saturday that gives you more time to go shopping and get settled that first day without the need to contend with the surge of visitors that normally arrive or leave on a Saturday.

Don't forget the community pool, Oak Island Pier and easy beach access which are both just a short stroll from Seven Dozen. And for those quiet evenings, enjoy reading a book, playing a board game or watching a DVD from the expansive collection found at Seven Dozen.

Only steps to the Oak Island Golf Course and Duffers Grill, a short drive to the Oak Island Lighthouse and many other shops and restaurants, Seven Dozen sits in a central location for shopping, dining and plenty of fun in the sun while only a short drive from Southport across the G.V. Barbee Bridge! Whether you’re staying for a week or an entire month, Seven Dozen has all that you could need anytime of the year.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day and, based on the weather and the condo community HOA, can sometimes be open before and after those dates.

Beginning in spring of 2024, this unit will provide streaming device (personal account required) services only and will no longer offer cable as an amenity.

We came to Oak Island this year to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Your beautiful condo helped us to do just that! We also enjoyed lots of time on the beach, a couple of trips to Southport and trying out the new Salt 64 restaurant. Thank you for thinking of all the little details that made our stay so comfortable!

Our stay here for the last week has been phenomenal. The weather was beautiful. The accommodations were perfect. What a beautiful place to call home for a week in paradise. We've had a fun-filled week here on the island. We are "beach people" and love nothing more than just laying out on the beach all day--no need for a bunch of shopping or anything like that. We also enjoyed a ride on the ferry to go play some games at the arcade in Carolina Beach one day. My husband and I have been staying in these condos for the past 4-5 years, and yours is by far the most beautiful and well-decorated--it has felt so homey and comfortable all week! Thank you for sharing this space with us. We had a hard time last year but managed to beat the crowds and get out for some "good eats" this year at Shagger Jacks and Fishy Fishy cafe. The best part has just been hanging out with the kiddos on the beach, and watching my parents enjoy playing with the babies and soaking up every minute of it. I hope we can stay here again in the future. It's been a great week!

We came here for the week after I had spent hours looking through places to stay. The online pictures looked amazing, so I chose your condo to rent for our vacation. I sure am glad I did! This is an absolutely beautiful home and I am amazed that you seem to have thought of everything to make your renters stay away from home, just like home. Oak Island holds a special place in my heart because this is the beach my grandparents would bring me to as a child/teen. A lot has changed over the years, but the beauty of this beach remains. Thank you for providing such a clean and beautiful home.

We stayed at Seven Dozen and it was fantastic! This rental has a perfect view of the beach, is super clean and the owners have thoroughly thought of almost anything that a guest might would need in the rental. We stayed for a week and the cleanliness and how well kept this rental is was astounding! I definitely plan to return to this same rental in the future. I can't wait to visit again!

Such a beautiful home. We are down here this month to see our family, and the beach is a bonus! We are from New Hampshire so we are adoring this weather while there is currently a nor'easter back home. I think the view from the back deck is our favorite part. We had such a wonderful time enjoying your condo and, of course, the beach. We got so lucky to have all sunny days. We were able to eat at several new restaurants like Fixins and Salt 64. Both were outstanding. We look forward to coming back to our Happy Place next year.

Your condo has been perfect for us while we stayed here for two weeks. It is so well supplied that we needed nothing but food and what we brought with us. We love the location and have tried many different beach locations in N.C. and S.C. Hope to return to this area in the future!

We had a wonderful week on Oak Island. We did, indeed, leave our cares at the door and enjoyed relaxing and resting. We had lots of fun playing in the water and walking on the beach. We enjoyed wonderful food on the island and in Southport. Thank you for sharing your wonderful retreat with us! Everything was perfect!

We discovered Oak Island in 2020 and love visiting as often as possible! We absolutely love the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for sharing your home - we had a wonderful stay. We mostly lounged on the beach this week - our eleven-year-old could not get enough of the water! I finally finished a novel that I began reading in April, and my husband caught up on a year's worth of naps! Our 24-year-old joined us for the weekend with his girlfriend and that capped off the perfect week.

What a wonderful condo for my vacation! I loved being able to sit inside and view the ocean and the tall beach chairs were perfect for the afternoon sunshine! Thank you for having a well-equipped kitchen. It's quite frustrating to book a place and find it almost empty of knives and glasses. I'll come back again next year!

We so enjoyed our stay at Seven Dozen! It's so beautifully decorated and the view is amazing! We went to the beach every day in one form of adventure or another. We swam, went crabbing with new friends, walked to the pier (and saw a shark!) and visited the turtle nests in hopes of seeing babies but no luck. We're now heading to the aquarium, via the ferry! Thank you for sharing your beach with us.

Thank you for allowing us the use of a little piece of your treasure. As a grandmother, my best part was getting to watch my babies up close on the beach, ocean and from afar--from your balcony. We all loved the decor and felt your homey touch, especially in the twin bedroom. The kitchen and washer/dryer served us well. The pool was well-used, too. On one of the rainy days, we visited the movies and got homemade ice cream. We did try the local cuisine, seafood, Mexican, and of course, McDonalds and pizza.

Thank you for a wonderful place at the beach. We have become oceanfront "snobs" and Seven Dozen was perfect. From the absolutely wonderful decor to EVERYTHING needed and wanted. And the best-stocked kitchen. We loved our stay. We were surprised by how few guests we saw on the stairs, and yet, the weather was spectacular each day. The seafood restaurants are just awesome. On our way home, we will visit Old Bridge Diner again. Cheers to many more memories in your guestbook and a great vacation!

Thank you for sharing your spectacular place with us! We have enjoyed our many coffee and evening drinks oceanfront on the deck. Your place truly made us feel right at home. Our family of six have enjoyed evening walks and morning walks down to check on the turtle nests but so far, no little one has broken the surface. Oak Island is a second home to our family!
