I have spent many years with dear friends visiting this comfortable home, sipping coffee or wine on the deck, watching dolphins and beautiful sunsets, preparing and enjoying wonderful meals at the enormous dining table overlooking the ocean and look forward to returning again and again. Its relaxed atmosphere is perfect for a group or family interested in easy access to the beach and memories in the making.

The Red & Brown is a lovely beach house to relax and enjoy a stunning, panoramic, ocean front view while listening to the waves roll in. Large kitchen and ample living room space to enjoy the best of beach life. Ample bedrooms. Great AC. The outdoor deck is spacious and offers plenty of room to bask in the sun or enjoy the cool breezes under the roofed area. Easy access to the beach, only steps away. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. Enjoy dolphin sightings in your pajamas while sipping coffee or mimosas. We will be back!

This house is very spacious with an incredible ocean view!! Great open floor plan but the master does not have private access to the master bath. Nestled beside a public access, this house is in a perfect location due to the fact most of the front row has dunes to walk around. Overall great house that could definitely use some updating but was perfect for us!
