Guests with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

Had a great time at this house! It was right on the beach! The back porch was nice and private as it’s a different level than the neighbors porch and there was an open lot to the left so it was wonderful and we weren’t right on top of anyone else ! Very open kitchen, living room and dining area making it perfect for all of us to be in one room and not on top of each other ! Great covered parking with helped us when it was raining ! Overall had a great experience at the house! Would recommend staying to all!

Spinnaker is a lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront home located very close to the beach. It has an open floor plan between the kitchen/eating area and the living room. The large windows and door have wonderful direct views of the ocean. There is a large covered porch with 4 rocking chairs and and a large open deck with chairs and bench seating and a gate on the end of it so that toddlers can have fun on the deck but be safe from the beach. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans,etc. We really liked the layout of the house with two large bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and two large bedrooms and a full bath on the upper level. The beds were comfortable as well. You can look down onto the living area from the opening on the upper floor.There is a large hot/cold water shower and parking for 3 cars under the house. Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation in this home and look forward to renting it again in the future.
