Nemo is closer than you think and he’s inviting you to his home! Take a roughly seven-minute stroll to the closest beach access and soak up the sun. Want to skip the stroll? No worries! Bicycles are also offered for your use to go back and forth to the beach and around the island. There is even a large and small kayak provided to explore the waterways. Gather the entire family here and live life to the fullest as you take in every moment by the sea or the private pool.

Upon entering this lovely home, you’re greeted by the living room with its beautiful décor and vaulted ceilings. This area is wonderful for family and friends to congregate in and enjoy favorite shows together, with enough seating for all.

Behind the living room is the spacious kitchen, supplied with all the essentials you need. The white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances give off a modern vibe as you whip up your famous dish for your family and friends. There is also a bar with four chairs for additional seating.

A beautiful white dining table sits to the right of the kitchen and seats four. Appreciate moments with loved ones here while feasting on the dish the chef in the family prepared for you. Plan your next escapade on the sea here and see what adventures await you on the island. To the right of the dining area is the laundry space.

Behind the dining area and kitchen is the sunroom. This particular room has an abundance of natural lighting and is furnished with a couch and television for your enjoyment. You’ll notice the view of the beautiful greenery and pool in this area. Lay back and relax with a good book or your favorite tunes.

The master bedroom is located to the left of the living room and is furnished with a king bed, dresser, two nightstands and a mounted television. The master bathroom is located inside this sleeping quarter and entails a Jack and Jill sink with an expansive walk-in closet for all of your luggage and personal items. The second bedroom is to the right of the living room and has two twin beds, one nightstand, a mounted television and a dresser. The second bathroom is between this bedroom and the last bedroom, which consists of a queen bed, dresser, one nightstand and a television for your entertainment.

Sit on the front porch and watch the locals pass by. Take the bicycles out and explore the island with your crew! Want to bypass the beach that day? Access the pool for fun water games. Sit by the firepit and share stories or utilize the provided cornhole game for a family tournament. Nemo has had many adventures under the sea and he’s welcoming you and your entire family to his home.

This was easily one of the BEST rentals we've stayed in while visiting Oak Island (and we have stayed in quite a few!) Nothing was overlooked, from the decor to the small touches to the fully equipped kitchen. The street is quiet, and the owner has bikes and a kayak freely available for use, which was great for morning and evening rides. We were so impressed with the high-end touches throughout the home and exterior, along with the owner's attentiveness with pool cleaning. The outdoor shower and pool bathroom were amazing! We would absolutely love to come back when it's a little warmer so we can take full advantage of the pool! I can't say enough great things about this home — thanks for an amazing weekend away!

Nemo's Place II was excellent! The house was perfect for what we needed. The pool and outside areas were amazing. Easy golf cart ride to the beach and all surrounding areas. We were able to ride the cart pretty much everywhere unless we went to Southport. Very friendly and responsive owner. We had a wonderful week and will definitely choose this home again when our family travels together.
