Conch West is a modern beach cottage found on the second row of Oak Island's west end. It features a well-stocked, modern kitchen and a dining area that seats six, with three additional seats at the bar. You can also dine al fresco using the table on deck while enjoying the beach view. The views continue indoors with a south facing view through large picture windows, which is shaded by a wooden canopy. The primary bedrooms feature a Queen bed in one and a king bed in the other. A third bedroom has custom built-in bunks with extra-large full mattresses (sleeping four comfortably). There are four TV's, all with cable and internet TV (one Amazon Fire TV Stick, three with Roku; guests use own accounts for internet TV). Other amenities include an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a storage room with full size washer and dryer, park-style grill, picnic table, and covered parking for two. Have fun in the sun with beach chairs, toys, paddle board, and three bicycles. Outdoor firepit and outdoor tiki bar with television are also included for your leisure.

Guests with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

"We loved this house! It was perfect for our family of five and so close to the beach access. The décor was adorable and the owners have maximized every inch of space to make it very usable and comfortable. Having bikes and a stand up surfboard to use saved us a lot of money and we appreciated all the beach toys and necessities in the downstairs shed. The record player was an added bonus!"

The location and view of the ocean was perfect. The house design was perfect as well. Every inch of the house was used to utilize its small space. Me, my husband and our 3 teenagers were very comfortable for a week. We can't wait to book another week for next summer.

Conch West was super clean, right by the beach, and fully stocked! It was soooo nice to go on vacation and have even the smallest details thought of! We also loved that the home was kid-friendly, it allowed us to truly relax.

We loved this cozy beach house. I don't know if we've ever stayed in a more well stocked vacation home. During a warmer weather stay, the beach chairs and toys would have been utilized daily! Thank you for opening up your great home to us- the view felt like front row!

This was our 1st trip to Oak Island and what a surprise! We had an amazing time and this property was outstanding - the dcor, location and offerings superb. It was super clean, comfortable and the room downstairs had everything needed for a great weekend, especially the loved the outdoor TV.Definitely returning!

Our family has been coming to Oak Island for quite some time. We found this adorable beach cottage and thought it looked perfect for our family-my husband and me, plus our 3 kids. I can't even tell you how amazing this house was. It's the best find we've ever had with VRBO. It's clean, fresh, true to the pictures they posted. It was close to the beach and had 2 separate beach access locations that were so easy to get to. We loved sitting on the porch and having our morning coffee while watching the ocean. The owners have made the most of every square inch of the house and you can tell everything so was so well thought out! It truly felt like staying at a friend's house. They allowed us access to nearly everything in their home-there were some beach chairs we borrowed, a boogie board, and we enjoyed hanging out in their outdoor area with the fire pit. The living room is cozy, the furniture is clean, and comfortable-it was the perfect spot for movie nights after being at the beach all day. They are so generous to share their lovely place with vacationers. I highly recommend and we would love to visit again sometime!!

Clean, cute, well stacked kitchen. Comfortable beds and easy check-in/check out. Many guest amenities for the beach and fire pit. Very close to beach access, and the outdoor shower was great. Perfect for two couples with 2 kids or less each.
