This home welcomes you and one dog to frolic by the sea and soak up the sun. Utilize the bicycles and take the five-minute ride to the beach. Need a change of scenery? No worries! The Intracoastal Waterways is only a two-minute bike ride away. When you want a break from the salty sea, enjoy a seasonal private pool and play some water games with your loved ones.

Walk into the living room and experience an aura that only this home can provide. Furnished with a sectional, mounted television and two additional chairs, this area is perfect for family time and relaxing after an adventurous day on the island. Watch your favorite show on the big screen with loved ones and enjoy each other’s company.

Flowing from the living room is a dining area that seats six. Spend quality time here and feast as a unit as you discuss upcoming plans for the day. The kitchen is the perfect area for the family chef. Cook your favorite dish on the spacious counter with a range top stove. There is plenty of space to prepare your meal while your family awaits your favorite coastal dish. On the opposite side of the counter are three seats so you can view the chef in action. With its stainless-steel appliances and white cabinetry, this room is modern and vibrant. Beside the kitchen is the laundry area.

The master bedroom is located to the left of the living room and has a king bed, two nightstands, a mounted television and an abundance of natural lighting. This first room also has a bathroom with a Jack and Jill sink, a walk-in shower and a sizeable closet for all of your luggage. The second bedroom is to the right of the living room down the hall and has a twin bed and a double bed, a dresser, a television and beautiful décor on the wall. Next to this bedroom is the second bathroom. The third bedroom is stationed beside the bathroom and is supplied with a queen bed, two nightstands, a mounted television, a dresser and an exit to the deck.

To get to the lower level of this home, you must enter from outside. The first floor is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, a mounted television, a refrigerator, a bar and a half bath.

There is a golf cart complete with a Town of Oak Island parking permit available for an additional fee of $475 per week to help you explore everything the island has to offer. Sit out on the beautiful deck and watch the kids and Fido play in the fenced yard. Play a friendly competition of board games and gain bragging rights. This vacation rental welcomes up to one well-behaved and house-trained dog per reservation year-round. The dog is not allowed in swimming pool. We know your dog is part of your family and want them to feel welcome too, but also want all guests to enjoy the clean and comfortable feeling of our home!

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

The house has everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porches were great our pups loved the yard space. This home was the cleanest home we have staid in over the past 10 years.

We loved everything about this vacation rental. It had anything and everything you could think of to have a wonderful vacation. Extremely clean, bright, and just a beautiful home. We enjoyed the outside porches, swimming pool, etc.

Wow! Great house! Loved the layout of the house, especially the room (and bathroom) down by the pool! House nicely stocked with everything we needed, including a portable speaker to play music by the pool. It's a simple thing, but plenty of hooks around the house to hang towels, wet swimsuits, beach bags, etc. The golf cart was great fun to use and made getting around the island, to the beach and to dinner fun, easy, different (and saved the sand from getting in the car). The pool area is fantastic! And was cleaned twice while we were there (never had that happen at an Oak Island rental before). The street was quiet which was so nice!
