Nestled among the oaks and on the Intracoastal Waterway, Whitecaps offers a quiet, relaxing coastal retreat full of amazing views and unique amenities to make the memories last forever.

The large waterway facing deck highlights the property with plenty of Adirondack furniture for lounging while you watch the boats sail by on the Intracoastal. If you are looking to hit the water, the public boat access is just three blocks away!

Kids and adults alike will enjoy the downstairs game room finished with corn hole boards, a pool table and a ping pong table!

The interior welcomes you into the main living area, which provides plenty of seating with a large sectional and two recliners gathered around a large flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.

The kitchen feeds off the living area and offers a large prep and cooking space finished with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table with seating for six. An additional table with seating for eight sits by the wet bar up the stairs!

The master suite flows from the opposite side of the living area. This space welcomes you with a king bed, flat screen TV and immaculate views or the waterway. This suite also features a private bathroom with a tub and walk in shower to pair with the dual vanity.

Located just a few steps up, a second living area provides an additional space to relax after a fun day on the island. Two recliners and a reclining couch center the room around a mounted flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.

A mini wet bar caps off this space with an array of cocktail glasses, a full fridge, full sink and ice maker.

A pair of queen bedrooms feeds from the second living space and offers a cozy retreat to go along with a shared bathroom and TVs in each room.

The second level houses the final two bedrooms, furnished with a king bed and flat screen TV in each to pair with the shared bathroom.

A jumping off point for exploring the outdoors is just a few properties over where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards from the Long Beach Paddle Company! There are even racks on the dock to store all the toys! Note the boat lift if not for guest use.

Want another option for exploring the island? An owner-provided 2022 six seat golf cart with Bluetooth and a backup camera can be rented for an additional fee of $450 per week. The golf cart has a town parking decal to make driving around the island much easier for you.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

This is a beautiful house. It has a wonderful view and my family enjoyed fishing every day. The game room was great. Having 3 generations in the house, the separate living rooms was wonderful. The beach was about a 5minute drive. We would stay here again.

Our extended family of seven loved this well-maintained upgraded home directly on the intercoastal waterway. We enjoyed the two spacious living rooms with very comfortable seating and huge TVs. The views were spectacular, and we were especially appreciative of the birdfeeder stocked with birdseed. We saw so many different types of birds and other wildlife. The chairs on the deck were very nice and it was so relaxing to sit out and get some sun. The air-conditioned game room was a big hit with ping pong and the nice pool table. We loved hanging out on the dock and we caught a variety of fish. This part of Oak Island is so relaxing, and we appreciated having the much-needed shade. As veteran beach vacationers, we were very impressed with the Oak Island Accommodations company, where the rental process was very smooth. Thank you again for providing such a perfect place for our family vacation!

What a well thought out, beautifully appointed place. They thought of everything. Yes, the space is great, the beds are plush, the kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is comfortable as is to be expected. The views are captivating. But it is the other things that make this place special. It has 2 distinct living spaces yet it all flows together. That makes it perfect for multi-generational or multi-family use. The extras, like a big out door utility sink and hot/cold outdoor shower make life easy. The separate game room is ideal so as not to disturb others. Commercial ice machine!!!! This place checks all the boxes. Will definitely rent again.
