This vacation rental, which was constructed in 2018, has hardwood floors in all living spaces and tile bathrooms. Starboard Side is guaranteed to be your home-away-from-home on Oak Island!

The well-stocked, gourmet kitchen even provides a blender, pancake griddle, large stock pot (essential for cooking your fresh seafood!) and coffee grinder. It's perfect for providing a memorable family dinner. The dining area is equipped with seating for eight and offers breathtaking ocean views. There is also seating for six at the breakfast table and five at the kitchen bar. Stainless steel appliances, large open living space, perfect for gathering.

Master bedroom and private bath with double sink and walk-in tile shower. Getting ready for a night out on Oak Island is a breeze at Starboard Side with four and a half spacious bathrooms. Two hair dryers are also provided so there’s more room in your suitcase! Additional amenities include an elevator, covered porch, and deck with furniture. First-floor, deck-top, private heated pool. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and gas grill. Beach access directly across the street. Spend your days frolicking along the beach and enjoying the two beach chairs, beach buggy and your evening on the two beach cruisers, all provided for your convenience. Starboard Side is within walking distance to the restaurants near the Oak Island Pier. Parking for approximatly eight vehicles.

This property has pool heating capability! Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
