Located only two houses down from the Oak Island Lighthouse and mere steps away from the water after you leave your private wooden walkway to the beach. The outdoor space of this home includes a covered porch with outdoor dining, as well as a dune-top deck with four Adirondack chairs and built-in bench seating to enjoy the ocean and unobstructed sunset views. We had a wonderful holiday getaway at this home. The house is spectacular, and the views are even better. The beach has a lot of wildlife; we saw dolphins at dusk, and there were starfish on the shore that we'd throw back to the waves. I enjoyed bike rides around the neighborhood, and the way you can see the sun rise and set on the same beach is such a gift. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, so don't bring a thing! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We felt your personal touch to this place and appreciated every minute of our stay.

I have stayed in many beach houses including this one before the renovation and all I can say is that this house may be perfect. The location, the house, the decor--all of it was amazing and my family can't wait to go back. If this were my own beach house I don't think I would change a thing.

Unbeatable views of the ocean from nearly every corner of the house. Incredible backyard, larger than any we could see in the neighborhood. Excellent access to the beach, which felt private. House itself was quite comfortable and modern, with multiple places to eat and drink.

We stayed at Serenity by the Sea at Caswell Beach for a few days at the end of April, 2023. I would be hard pressed to think of anything that could be improved on as far as the house is concerned. It's beautifully decorated and has a great floor plan. The location is quiet and having a close view of the lighthouse creates an authentic feel. The beach access is perfect. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

I loved our stay at Serenity by the Sea! It's a quiet location with a great view and easy beach access. It's so nice to be able to see both Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse from your beach chair! The house is beautifully furnished with all the necessities. Great for families or a girls trip. It's thoughtfully designed and so comfortable. Highly Recommended!

This was a last-minute trip for us and it exceeded our expectations! What a lucky find for us! We loved watching the sunset by the lighthouse and playing games out on the porch! It was only the two of us so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Would definitely return and hope to do so in the near future!
