Lined with modern furniture throughout, this home was completely renovated in 2022 to welcome you to your home away from home! Four houses from the closest public beach access and just a few more to The Point, taking a stroll down to one of the most popular spots on the island is the perfect way to end your day by watching the sun fade over the glistening water. This home is two levels with ample living space on both floors with exterior access to each so you can separate your group when you need a break after a long day of fun in the sun. There is no interior access between both levels.

Top-Level Living Area

The open floor plan welcomes you to a cozy living room furnished with a large sectional and accent chair angled around a large flat-screen smart TV with streaming capabilities.

The wood-accented kitchen provides plenty of space to cook for the whole group with a large island finished with butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout.

Once dinner is ready, enjoy your home-cooked meal at the custom-made dining room table adjacent to the living room.

Top-Level: Where You'll Sleep

The front left bedroom welcomes you to a king bed and plenty of closet space through the French doors. Fire up your favorite show on the mounted flat screen smart TV or relax in the accent chair while you to enjoy a book or your favorite magazine.

Across the hall from a shared full bathroom, the second bedroom is an ideal spot for the kids with a single-over-double bunk bed and a twin trundle. The flat-screen TV is perfect for their favorite show!

The final top-level bedroom flows past the other full bathroom and offers a king bed, mounted smart TV and plenty of closet space!

Lower-Level Living Area

The spacious living room offers another large sectional and accent chair centered around a large smart TV. Plenty of windows provide natural light to the open area and into the kitchen that gives you all of the pros of a full kitchen minus a stove.

A final small living space is a great spot to curl up and watch your favorite movie!

Lower-Level: Where You'll Sleep

The first bedroom welcomes you to a king bed and a mounted flat-screen TV and a dresser to store your vacation essentials.

The second bedroom offers a pair of queen beds focused around the large smart TV.

The final bedroom of the lower level sits past the full bathroom and offers a cozy retreat with a queen bed and flat-screen TV.

Our family absolutely loved this house which has been renovated recently and beautifully decorated from top to bottom. The main kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, etc., enabling us to stay on the beach later and cook dinners in almost every night, and the second kitchen was a huge bonus for those staying downstairs to have convenient access to breakfast/snacks. The ocean views, covered front porch and private beach access directly across the street were our favorite features. Honestly, we've had longer walks to the beach from some oceanfront properties we've rented in the past! We'd love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Sawyers Shore Shack is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay!! Recently remodeled and extremely functional. Located within walking distance to public access as well. We plan on booking again!
