Four flat screen TV's (3 46", 1 40") with extended cable, three DVD players, wireless internet. Private pool (open May 15th- September 30th), Tyvek decking in pool area, outdoor furniture, screened porch, two open decks, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, two garages, landscaped, fenced backyard, gas grill. Only one block walk to the beach access, restaurant and fishing pier! Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. No smoking and no pets. Weekly stays only. This property does not have capabilities to charge a golf cart.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

We have vacationed at Oak Island since 2016. We love this island and the friendly people here. There is plenty to do while still maintaining the quaintness and warm hospitality we appreciate. The staff at Oak Island Accommodations was quick and considerate in responding to our concerns. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach, and the Live Oaks in the yard. We enjoyed the pool (when cleaned) and deck everyday!
